I am thrilled to be offering this retreat in partnership with Well for the Journey, a spiritual wellness center producing a full calendar of programs, workshops, retreats, and events that promote spiritual wellbeing, connection, and community.

Returning to Center for 2023: A Kinder Gentler Start to the New Year creates the time and space to pause, breathe, listen to your heart and Spirit, let go of some things, and create a way forward for 2023.  Join with others as you create your vision for the new year that is authentic and relevant and helps you stay grounded, nourished, and inspired.


Here’s What You Get:

  • Dedicated space and time to reflect and establish an authentic, nourishing, and inspiring vision and intentions for the new year. .

  • A process to "name and "claim" those experiences, feelings, habits, and/or relationships to leave behind in 2022 and those to carry with you into 2023.

  • A unique method for exploring the meanings of the four directions of the compass that helps you get clear and live into what’s next for you.

  • From this exploration, you will be able to create your own Personal Heart Compass to help ground and guide you through 2023.

  • Time to breathe, gather in community and start the year refreshed, grounded and energized. .
